- Paper tape
Make a large circle using the wire. Cut and seal the edges of the wire together to form the circle.
Sew the bias around the wire to cover it completely.
Place the wire on the mesh net. Wrap the mesh net around the wire tightly. Using the thread, tie the excess material at the centre. Trim the edges of the material gently.
Using a little glue, attach the broach to the centre of the petal.
Attach the broach with the petal, to the mesh net.
Using some glue, fix the feathers between the petal and the mesh net.
Finally, sew the comb to the fascinator using the needle and thread. You can also fix it to the reverse side of the fascinator with the glue.
