5 Get enough rest

Rest and sleep play a very important role in improving ones’ physical and psychological well being. After a long day at work, it is always advisable to relax and get a good nights sleep. While you sleep your body works to promote healthy brain function and maintain your overall health. The way you wake up most times also depends on how you slept. Getting enough sleep helps you function well throughout the day. Stress at the workplace many at times can be attributed to little or no sleep. Lack of sleep can make you easily prone to serious medical conditions, such as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease.
