About Singapore

Necessary Requirements

For Nigerians who intend to visit Singapore for business purposes, these are the necessary requirements below:

Visa application form filled and signed, or in case of minors, it should be signed by the relevant legal guardian. The form can also be filed electronically before printing a hard copy.
One recent colored passport photograph of not more than 3 months old, with a matt finish background to be pasted on the top right-hand corner of the visa application form.
A Passport with proof of the validity of more than six months from the intended period of exiting the country. The passport should contain not less than two empty pages for the required stamps.
A completed letter of introduction for visa application into Singapore
A printout of Singapore registered business entity detailed business profile (which clearly shows the names of all the directors/shareholders) from the Instant Information Service, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and must have been printed within or not more than 3 months ago.
The Letter of Introduction may be issued by a local contact in Singapore who must be a Singapore registered business entity. On the event that someone is acting on behalf of the business entity, that person must be a citizen of Singapore or a Permanent Resident at Singapore who is not less than 21 years of age . If you are not able to present a LOI from a local contact, you may approach your Embassy to provide a LOI to support your visa application.
The applicant and the local contact may be required to furnish additional documents and information whenever necessary;
If the required documents are not written in English language, they must be officially translated.
At the time of submission, the applicant will be asked to pay a non-refundable processing fee of S$30 per Visa application.
If necessary , a security deposit may be requested from the local contact or the visa applicant once the application is approved. The amount of security deposit is from S$1,000 to S$3,000 at most.
The security deposit can be refunded to the local contact or the visa applicant if the applicant has not acted contrary to any of the conditions stated in the security bond executed by the local contact (or the visa applicant) and his/her departure from Singapore will be confirmed by the Singaporean immigration authorities.
